The services of such a notary, who will not discuss prior-hand anything with the clients, lead them astray by presenting unreasonable, not agreed upon contracts and who will have everything already settled in a hidden way (not brought to the knowledge of the client) with the bank are not to be recommended. Potential buyers are being scammed, by having to give up on the purchase, reason being, falsely stated terms in the contracts. Clients also end up having to pay for the services they did not ask for. It is also noteworthy to take the fact into consideration, that these forced upon the clients services come at a high price, even though nothing is being done for the client. Multiple sell attempts of the very same object are being supported by this notary, thus leading to lots of clients ending up being swindled out of their money on simple waste of time. These facts speak only for the purchase of an object (house/terrain) offered by the Raiffeisen Bank Westeifel through this notary (which to be honest is the worst idea out there) and can not be taken as an example or legit experience for other kinds of services offered by this notary.
